Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a sex offense reported Tuesday at 11:42 a.m. by a Havre agency.

Tuesday at 5:23 p.m., a caller at a First Street business reported a theft that occurred during the previous night.

Kaleb Steven Dobrenz of Havre, 25, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and charges of no insurance and probation violation during a vehicle stop at 2:16 a.m. today of U.S. Highway 2 East.

A Seventh Street caller reported at 3:33 a.m. today returning home and finding a possible break in.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday .

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held eight cats and three kittens all of unknown gender, three female cats, one male cat, a female and a male six-month-old kittens, and a female 11-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male shepherd dog, a male pit bull dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female 22-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever dog and a male border collie-German shepherd dog. Also, a male and a female 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy were being held separately.
