Monday callers at 7:49 a.m. on Third Avenue, 7:56 a.m. on Fourth Avenue and 8:42 a.m. on 14th Street West reported vehicles having been spray painted during the night.

An arrest was made after a First Street Northeast caller reported Monday at 3:50 p.m. that his girlfriend's brother tried to stab him with a knife then left. No details on the charges were provided.
