Havre Police Department

Jacob Logan James Folk of Havre, 32, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program report made at 8 a.m. Tuesday.

A sex offense was reported by a caller on First Street at 8:46 a.m. Tuesday.

A minor vehicle crash was reported on First Street West Tuesday at 11:47 a.m.

Codie Darwin Nalder of Havre, 27, was arrested on a pick up and hold order served on Ninth Avenue at 3:37 p.m. Tuesday.

Patrick Ryan Schroeder of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served Tuesday at 5:36 p.m. on 16th Street West.

Dustin Chad Plentyhoops of Hardin, 43, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a First Street establishment reported today at 2:19 a.m. that a man was found passed out in the back room.

A 10th Street caller reported a two-vehicle crash at 5:43 a.m. today between a car and a truck.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An 8:47 a.m. Tuesday call about a non-injury vehicle crash that happened around 10 p.m. Monday by the landfill was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

A Tuesday 9:54 a.m. call from 82nd Avenue West about a hit and run crash was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

--

Deputies were asked Tuesday at 11:27 a.m. to perform a welfare check on someone on 34th Avenue West.

Lance Jordan Courchane of Box Elder, 30, was arrested on two state District Court warrants during a transport from Rocky Boy Tribal Court at 2 p.m. Tuesday.

A Tuesday 5:42 p.m. call about a semitractor-trailer rollover three miles west on Kremlin High Grade Road 275 North was referred to Montana Highway Patrol. The Highway Patrol incident reporting website said there was an injury in the crash. Additional information from Highway Patrol was not available by printing deadline this morning.

Deputies investigated a drug offense reported at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 6:06 p.m.

Deputies investigated an assault reported Tuesday at 9:10 p.m. at a Box Elder establishment.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to 12 calls Tuesday.

--

Firefighters responded to an 11:54 a.m. Tuesday fire alarm on the 10 Block of 13th Street West and found a faulty sensor in an elevator.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and two kittens all of unknown gender, five female cats, four male cats, one male 13-week-old kitten, and a female and a male six-month-old kittens.

The shelter also held a male shepherd, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male pit bull, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female 21-week-old Labrador retriever puppy, a female 22-week-old border collie-Australian cattle dog-blue heeler puppy and a male mixed-breed dog. Also, a male and a female 12-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppy were being held separately.

Births

A girl was born Monday, Nov. 8, 2021, to Clarissa TheBoy and Michael Sangrey of Havre.
