State and local COVID-19 update, Nov. 11, 2021

The Montana state COVID tracking map was not updated by printing deadline this morning. The update Wednesday listed 7,708 active cases in the state, 362 hospitalizations and 2,451 deaths. The cumulative total for the state was 183,213 cases.

Blaine County Health Department reported Wednesday evening being notified of 1 new case, 69 active, 2 active hospitalizations, 1,466 total cases, 27 deaths.

Hill County Health Department reported Wednesday evening that 11 new cases were reported, 55 active, 11 active hospitalizations, 3,413 total cases, 65 deaths.

Rocky Boy reported Wednesday, also reported on either Chouteau or Hill County numbers, no new cases, 13 active, no active hospitalizations, 1,182 total cases. It has had 10 deaths.

Fort Belknap — latest data not available.

Liberty County, reported on the state update Wednesday morning, had 5 active cases, 264 total cases, 2 deaths.

Chouteau County, reported on the state update Wednesday morning, had 22 active cases, 744 total cases, 8 deaths.

People can visit the state tracking map, normally updated between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. each day, online through links at https://montana.maps.arcgis.com and at https://covid19.mt.gov .

People can find online where vaccines are available in their area through https://vaccinefinder.org, operated by Boston’s Children’s Hospital and supported by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the United States Digital Service.
