Havre Police Department

Donald Lealan Linderman of Havre, 34, was arrested on a pick up and hold order served at 10:22 a.m. Wednesday on First Street West after a caller reported his location.

Thomas Kipp Jones of Harlem, 42, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and probation violation after a caller at a First Street business reported a man causing a disturbance Wednesday at 5:16 p.m.

Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 38, was arrested on six Justice or City court warrants and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and driving without insurance during a vehicle stop on Fourth Avenue West at 6:24 p.m. Wednesday.

Filberta May Skidmore of Hays, 44, was arrested on a charge of theft and Chan Bigknife of Box Elder, 49, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on Ninth Avenue reported Wednesday at 7:03 p.m. that his beer had been stolen.

Martin Duane Flying Jr. of Havre, 29, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a caller on First Street reported a fight in an upstairs apartment Wednesday at 8:54 p.m.

Kurt Allen Eagleman of Havre, 41, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other servant and trespass to property, and Jacquline Colleen Chiefstick of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other servant and trespass to property initially related to 11:48 p.m. Wednesday calls reporting suspicious activity and possible gunshots on Fourth Street. Eagleman was arrested at 13th Avenue and Second Street at 12:18 a.m. today and Chiefstick was arrested after a Second Street caller reported at 1:18 a.m. today that an intoxicated family member was trying to get into the house.

An arrest was made after a caller at a First Street business reported an intoxicated woman passed out in the bathroom at 12:31 a.m. today, but no details on the charges were provided.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 23, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and trespassing after a Second Street caller reported a trespasser at 1:29 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Charnez Layne Denny of Box Elder, 23, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a caller with Rocky Boy Police Department reported a complaint in Box Elder Wednesday at 11:50 p.m.

Deputies investigated suspicious activity reported in the BNSF Railway yard at 3:42 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday, and firefighters responded to a false alarm that was likely a faulty alarm at 10:55 a.m. Wednesday on the 1300 Block of Lincoln Avenue.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats of unknown gender, five female cats, four male cats, one male 16-week-old kitten and one male and one female 7-month-old kittens.

The shelter also held a male shepherd, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, two male pit bull terriers, two female mixed-breed dogs and a poodle. Also, a male and a female 16-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.

Births

A boy was born Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021, to Holly and Zachary Barnes of Havre.
