Gerald Alex Belgarde Jr. of Havre, 39, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and Ashley Dawn Kruse of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of violation of a no contact order, after a caller at a First Street business asked Thursday at 8:21 a.m. for assistance removing people from the premises.

Clayton John Allery of Rocky Boy, 27, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a Ninth Avenue business asked at 7:10 p.m. Thursday for assistance removing a man from the premises.
