Obituary - William R. "Butch" Welter

William R. “Butch” Welter, 64, passed away due to natural causes at his residence on Sunday, December 5, 2021. 

His family has suggested memorial donations be made in Butch’s memory to the Friends of Beaver Creek Park for Camp 39 or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
