Havre Police Department

An arrest was made after a caller at a First Street business reported a theft, forgery or fraud Friday at 7:06 a.m., but no details on the charges were provided.

Donna Louise Newton of Havre, 61, was arrested on charges of criminal child endangerment, driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failure to carry proof of insurance and on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer stopped to investigate a vehicle with a female driver either asleep or passed out on 11th Street West Friday at 10:24 a.m.

A caller on Main Street reported finding an Android phone Friday at 3:55 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft after a Third Street caller reported Friday at 6:16 p.m. having video of someone stealing a five-gallon can of diesel fuel from a residence.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 59, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street business asked Sunday at 3:10 a.m. for assistance with a man.

Leeona Jean Green of Havre, 32, was arrested on a criminal mischief vandalism charge following a 9:33 a.m. Sunday report from a Seventh Avenue caller that a woman kicked in a back door.

Aliyah Brielle Eagleman of Havre, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a First Street business reported catching someone stealing Sunday at 12:15 p.m.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported by a Sixth Avenue caller Sunday at 1:14 p.m.

A caller at Lincoln Avenue and 11th Street West reported Sunday at 2:46 p.m. that some youths kicked and broke a mailbox.

Joaquin Manyhorse Scott of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and minor in possession after a Fourth Avenue caller reported Sunday at 4:22 p.m. that a family member was intoxicated and fighting with other family.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and minor in possession and Cazador Moreno of Box Elder, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of MIP after a caller at a First Street business reported having a shoplifter detained Sunday at 4:45 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 12:02 p.m. asking for assistance.

An arrest was made on warrant served 3:22 p.m. Friday on Fourth Avenue. No details on charges were provided.

Darrien R. Denny of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 4:21 p.m.

Mikell Ann Schafer of Havre, 37, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a theft was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Saturday at 5:56 p.m.

A summons was issued after a caller at Sixth Street North facility reported a disturbance. No details on charges were provided.

--

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud reported on Seventh Street West in Gildford Sunday at 3:42 p.m.

--

Deputies were asked Sunday at 4:33 p.m. to assist another agency.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Friday, three calls Saturday, five calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters with an ambulance crew responded to a fire alarm on the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue Friday at 5:19 p.m. and Sunday at 3:13 p.m., but both times no evidence of smoke or fire was found.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat and two kittens of unknown gender, six male cats, five female cats, a female 16-week-old kitten, and one male and one female 7-month-old kittens.

The shelter also held a male shepherd, a male 10-month-old mixed-breed puppy, two male pit bull terriers, a male German shepherd, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female 19-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female pit bull terrier.
