Havre battles in return of Mining City Duals

The Mining City Duals in Butte is a tournament the Havre Blue Ponies have had large amounts of success in over the years. And it was back this past weekend.

The tournament started Friday with pool play where Havre High competed in duals against Polson, Gallatin High School and Helena Capital. After Havre went 3-0 in pool play to finish first, the Blue Ponies competed in the tournament Saturday. Even though the Ponies lost their duals to Great Falls CMR and Frenchtown, HHS head coach Beau LaSalle was pleased with how his team played in the dual tournament.
