VA officers conducting local outreach

Veteran service officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting the following locations and times to meet with veterans who are interested in applying for benefits.   

People who are interested in applying for benefits need to bring a copy of their discharge paperwork  — DD214 — with them. 

 

Wednesday, Jan. 5

Shelby — Courthouse — 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 

     Cut Bank — Glacier County Courthouse Annex RM 19– 1:30-4 p.m. 

 

Thursday, Jan. 6  

Browning — Blackfeet Manpower Center– 9-11 a.m. 

 

Wednesday, Jan. 12  

Glasgow — Glasgow VA Clinic – 1-4 p.m.   

 

Thursday, Jan. 13  

            Malta — Malta City Hall – 9:30-11:30 a.m.  

 

Wednesday, Jan. 19  

Shelby — Courthouse – 9:30-11:30 a.m. 

Cut Bank — Glacier County Courthouse Annex RM 19– 1:30-4 p.m. 

 

Thursday, Jan. 20  

Browning — Blackfeet Manpower Center– 9-11 a.m. 

Due to COVID-19 and travel restrictions the officers are unable to see veterans at Fort Belknap. People who wish to schedule an appointment at the Havre office can call 406-265-4225 to schedule the appointment.

If bad weather exists on days of travel, people can stay tuned to the local radio stations for updated information regarding our outreach schedule.
