Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a fender bender reported Tuesday at 1:53 p.m. at First Street and 16th Avenue.

Sheron Faye Saddler of Box Elder, 27, was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting, obstructing a peace officer of other public servant and trespass to property after a caller at a first Street business reported a shoplifter Tuesday at 3:04 p.m.

Officers assisted a 5:40 p.m. Tuesday caller on Fifth Avenue, and after a call at 11:30 p.m.

Timothy W. Healy of Havre, 20, was arrested on two Justice of City court warrants served at 9:12 p.m. Tuesday at Hill County Detention Center.

After a caller at a First Street West business asked at 3:14 a.m. today for assistance removing people who were smoking marijuana, officers issued a verbal or written warning.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Darnell Kay Champagne of Havre, 43, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served Tuesday at 12:31 p.m. at the detention center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held six cats and one 6-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, six female cats, six male cats and one female 10-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a female shepherd, a female 7-month-old small-breed puppy, a female 25-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Also held separately are two 7-week-old puppies, a female 10-month-old puppy and a female 10-week-old puppy, all mixed-breeds.
