Debra was born January 26, 1954, to Richard and Lois (Bilger) Zinn at the Deaconess Hospital in Havre, on a cold wintery day. She was raised in Chinook until 1964, when she moved with her family to Havre, graduating from High School in 1972.

She married John Keeley in 1974 and to that union was born her son, Shawn, in 1975 and daughter, Jennifer, in 1978. Deb was a homemaker for many years and also worked various jobs in the Havre area. She enjoyed '60s music, bowling, growing and receiving flowers, with purple being her favorite. Colorful sunrises and sunsets were sights she looked forward to and she also was a lover of kittens and puppies. She collected unique pebbles and would place them in her flowerpots.

Her marriage ended in divorce, but she remained devoted to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandson.

Deb was a talented artist. She could use any medium and make a beautiful piece of art. Born a free spirit, she had many friends and adventures in her life, most of which can be shared, and some are only known to those who were involved.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Zinn; brother Danny Zinn; infant sister, Donna Rosella Zinn; nephew Nathan Zinn; her paternal and maternal grandparents, and several extended family members.

Debra is survived by her son, Shawn, and his daughter, Camille; daughter, Jennifer, and her two children, Dawna (Dustin) Rolfe and MacKenzie; one great-grandson, Hendrick; her mother, Lois Zinn; brothers Darrell, Gary and Don Zinn all of Havre; and her nephew Adam Zinn and great nephew Aiden Zinn of Chinook; several cousins and extended family around the Havre area and in Montana.

Deb will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
