Hi-Line Girls Basketball Roundup

The Hi-Line girls basketball season is coming down the stretch as the postseason begins in the next few weeks. Several teams are looking to continue playing strong while others are just trying to grab momentum just in time for the postseason.

Hi-Line action tipped off this past Thursday night with a District 9C matchup between the Box Elder Bears and Chinook Sugarbeeters. After Chinook jumped out to an early 13-8 lead, the Bears responded to take a 30-25 lead into halftime. The Sugarbeeters stayed close in the third quarter but Box Elder pulled away in the fourth to win. Kyla Momberg led the Bears with 17 points.
