Havre Police Department

Martin Zarco of Havre, 27, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving under the influence after a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest Tuesday at 1:57 p.m.

A shoplifter was reported at a First Street business Tuesday at 6:09 p.m.

William Michael Abeita of Havre, 46, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device and endangering the welfare of children after a caller on Sixth Avenue reported a domestic disturbance Tuesday at 9:13 p.m.

A caller on 14th Street reported Tuesday at 10:44 p.m. that her son's tires had been deflated.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Colton Tyrone Small of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a theft charge after deputies were called to a Box Elder establishment for a reported theft Tuesday at 8:17 a.m. Small was later arrested on an assault with a weapon charge and on a Justice or City court warrant after a disturbance was reported at the same establishment at 8:47 a.m.

Kyle Lee Lamere of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after a deputy stopped at Bullhook and Clear Creek roads to investigate suspicious activity Tuesday at 5:24 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and three kittens all of unknown gender, four male cats and three female cats.

The shelter also held two male mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd, a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female pit bull-border collie cross and a female 19-week-old puppy. Also held separately were a male 17-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy, one male mixed-breed dog and a female 22-week-old border collie puppy.
