Havre Police Department

Damion Jacob Walker of Harlem, 44, was issued a summons on a theft charge after a caller at a First Street West reported Friday at 2:01 p.m. having video of a theft that occurred Sunday.

Gerald Alex Belgarde Jr. of Havre, 39, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 4:11 a.m. to report an assault and someone stopped again at 10:11 a.m. asking to speak with an officer.

A windshield was reported broken out Saturday at 8:35 a.m. on 12th Avenue.

A Third Avenue caller reported three dead deer in the alley Saturday at 2:45 a.m.

--

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash was reported at Fifth Avenue and Main Street at 4:37 p.m. Saturday.

A Second Avenue caller reported a dead deer in the yard Saturday at 6:14 p.m.

--

A two-vehicle crash between a green car and a navy blue Dodge Dakota was reported on U.S. Highway 2 West Sunday at 2:34 p.m. The driver of the Dakota fled the scene, heading westbound.

A trespasser was reported on BNSF Railway property near the viaduct Sunday at 6:35 p.m. No details on charges were provided in the dispatch log, but the log named Valen Roy Manternach as an involved party, and he was listed on this morning's jail roster as being held on a trespassing charge.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller on 80th Road South reported Friday at 7:05 p.m. that someone had run over mailboxes.

Leonard Billy of Box Elder, 61, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a state District Court warrant after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported Saturday at 5:26 p.m. that a man was laying on the railroad tracks.

An arrest was made after a caller at BNSF Railway reported a trespasser near the viaduct Sunday at 439 p.m.

Edward Charles Isaacson of Havre, 41, was issued a summons on a trespass to vehicles charge after a caller at a business on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest reported a man going through a pickup truck Sunday at 11:12 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls early Saturday, two calls Sunday at two calls early this morning. Friday's log was not received by printing deadline.

Firefighters accompanied an ambulance cree to a vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 87 Saturday at 1:25 a.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and two kittens of unknown gender, a female 6-month-old kitten, five male cats, three female cats and a male 23-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a female German shepherd dog, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female pitbull, a female pit bull-border collie cross, a female 21-week-old shar pei puppy and a male Labrador retriever.
