Codie Darwin Nalder of Havre, 27, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a caller reported a man who was trespassing at a First Street business Monday at 5:34 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Travis Lee Berger of Havre, 26, was issued a summons on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller on Butte Road reported Monday at 1:26 p.m. that two dogs had just killed her chickens.
