Havre Police Department

A caller reported a two-vehicle crash involving a Ford F150 and a Chevrolet Impala in the Fifth Street alley Thursday at 7:51 a.m.

A two-vehicle crash involving a Jeep and and minivan was reported on Lincoln Avenue at 1:23 p.m. Thursday.

--

A hit and run crash was reported on Third Street at 7:37 p.m. Thursday and another hit and run was reported at 7:52 p.m. on Fifth Avenue.

--

John Michael Segna of Havre, 31, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, and Larae Ann Sunchild of Havre, 40, was issued a summons on a charge of violation of a no contact order after a Second Street caller reported Thursday at 9:42 p.m. that man and a woman were walking down the street naked.

Jarrid Paul Russell of Havre, 28, was issued a summons for open container in a vehicle during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue.

A beer theft was reported at a First Street West business at 2:57 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller with Adult Protective services asked Thursday at 9:02 a.m. to speak with a deputy about a sex offense in the county.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at 11:42 a.m. Thursday at a Box Elder establishment.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 9-month-old kittens of unknown gender, a female 7-month-old kitten, three male cats and three female cats.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a male 8-month-old Labrador retriever puppy, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male 21-week-old Labrador retriever-Irish wolfhound puppy, a female pit bull terrier, a 9-month-old corgi puppy, a female 8-month-old German shepherd puppy, a female 24-week-old shar pei puppy and a male Labrador retriever. Also being held in foster care are one male and two female 15-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a male husky.
