A Second Street caller reported Friday 8:03 a.m. that someone ran into her fence.

Officers investigated a sexual or violent offender registry violation reported Friday at 9:38 p.m.

Officers investigated a Friday 2:54 p.m. report from 13th Street of an assault.

A possible hit and run was reported Friday at 6:44 p.m. on Oak Drive.

A two-vehicle crash was reported at Fifth Avenue and 10th Street at 7:04 p.m. Friday.

Taruha Marie Kirkaldie of Havre, 33, was arrested on an assault charge after a 3:03 a.m. caller on Second Street reported getting beat up at a house party.

A vehicle crash with a possible injury was reported on Eighth Street at 9:53 a.m. Saturday.

--

A break-in and theft was reported on 16th Street at 11:54 a.m. Saturday.

--

Someone reported Saturday at 1:05 p.m. finding a wallet and left it at the police station for the owner to pickup.

A beer theft was reported at a First Street business Sunday at 2:31 a.m.

Officers investigated a complaint from First Avenue at 3:33 a.m. Sunday.

A 12th Avenue caller reported at 11:37 a.m. Sunday that all four tires were slashed on a vehicle.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of assault with a weapon and "other" after a caller at 14th Avenue and Fifth Street reported Sunday at 12:15 p.m. that the driver of a dark gray Nissan Altima was shooting an airsoft gun.

A Lincoln Avenue caller reported Sunday at 1:06 p.m. that four tires had been stolen.

--

A caller asked Sunday at 2:14 p.m. that officers perform a welfare check on someone on 16th Avenue.

--

Anthony Azzio Moreni of Great Falls, 27, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller reported Sunday at 2:16 p.m. that drug paraphernalia had been left at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Travis Lee Price of Havre, 39, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a man on Second Avenue reported Sunday at 3:54 p.m. that his wife beat him up.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 6:16 p.m. to file a report on a theft, forgery or fraud.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Child Protective Services asked deputies Friday at 8:45 a.m. for assistance.

--

Two Box Elder 14-year-olds were issued summonses one on a charge of underage tobacco possession or consumption and the other on minor in possession after a Box Elder Schools caller reported a drug offense Friday at 1:15 p.m.

--

Deputies investigated a Friday 2:11 p.m. report from Child Protective Services of a sex offense in the county.

--

Deputies were called to Fourth Street East in Gildford Friday at 7:42 p.m. on a complaint that a man was yelling at children and wouldn't leave the caller's property.

Angela Ellen Childs of Havre, 49, was arrested on charges of dog running at large in the county and "all other offenses" after a caller on County Road 637 West asked for animal control Saturday at 9:15 a.m.

A caller reported graffiti on a brick wall in Optimist Park Saturday at 3:29 p.m.

--

Grace Larae Seymour of Chinook, 19, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served Saturday at 5:02 p.m. at the Hill and Blaine county line.

--

A caller on Old Post Road asked Sunday at 10:09 a.m. for animal control assistance.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Friday, three calls Saturday and eight calls Sunday.

--

Firefighters responded to two calls over the 72-hour reporting period starting with a call for a gas smell Friday at 10:42 p.m. to the 1700 Block of U.S. Highway 2 East where a leak in the furnace was found. The furnace was shut off and NorthWestern Energy took over from there. The second call was Saturday at 9:54 a.m. for a possible extraction at a vehicle crash on the 1100 Block of Eighth Street. No extraction was necessary.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 10-month-old kittens of unknown gender, a female 7-month-old kitten, three male cats and three female cats.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a male mixed breed dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female Labrador retriever, a 9-month-old corgi puppy, a female 8-month-old German shepherd puppy, a female 24-week-old shar pei puppy, a male Labrador retriever and a female mixed-breed dog.
