Curtis Stephen Lamere of Havre, 47, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation after a caller reported Tuesday at 12:01 p.m. that a man was carrying a club in the Wilson Avenue area.

A summons was issued after a caller at Sixth Avenue and 10th Street reported a driver in a silver pickup truck was passing illegally on Sixth Tuesday at 12:31 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.
