Irvin Latevin Tripp of Havre, 29, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 8:19 a.m. Monday.

A caller at a First Street business reported Monday at 8:32 a.m. that drugs were found on the premises.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and two 10-month-old kittens all of unknown gender, a female 7-month-old kitten, five male cats and two female cats.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler dog, a female 9-month-old St. Bernard puppy, a female Labrador retriever, a male 9-month-old corgi puppy, a female 25-week-old shar pei puppy, a male Labrador retriever and a female mixed-breed dog.
