Justine Philomene Bauer of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protective order and on three Justice or City court warrants after a caller in the alley between Second and Third streets reported a woman refusing to leave and causing a disturbance Wednesday at 12:39 p.m.

Officers were called Wednesday at 3:47 p.m.to a two-vehicle crash involving a Buick and a Chevrolet at Third Avenue and Eighth Street.
