Local Golf Report: MSU-N golf teams finish in Idaho

The Montana State University-Northern men’s and women’s golf teams wrapped up the 2021-22 season last week.

The Lights and Skylights played at the Frontier Conference Championships in Eagle, Idaho, in cold and wintery conditions, too.

On the men’s side, the Lights finished in fifth place with a 1,156. The tournament was won by Rocky Mountain College, followed by Montana Tech, Providence and Carroll College. Montana Western was sixth.

Individually, T.J. Reynolds paced the Lights with a tie for 13th. Reynolds shot 77-88-79 for his best finish in three Frontier seasons. Gerit Johnson...
