Havre Police Department

A Ninth Street caller reported Tuesday at 6:32 a.m. that the tailgate was stolen off the caller's pickup truck.

Codie Darwin Nalder of Havre, 28, was arrested on a theft charge and two Justice or City court warrants after a bike was reported stolen at a First Street business Tuesday at 12:55 p.m.

A Tuesday 1:57 p.m. caller on First Avenue reported a stolen debit card.

A pickup truck windshield was reported smashed at Havre High School Tuesday at 3:42 p.m.

A caller at a Second Street business reported Tuesday at 5:07 p.m. his wallet and phone were taken.

--

A caller on 14th Street asked Tuesday at 5:39 p.m. to speak with officers about the caller's child.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 69, was arrested on 10 Justice or City court warrants after an assault was reported on Second Street Tuesday at 9:26 p.m. and a caller at the hospital asked at 10:46 p.m. for assistance for a patient.

Officers were asked at the police station Tuesday at 9:57 p.m. to provide assistance.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a Tuesday 9:20 a.m. report of an assault at Box Elder School.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 4-week-old kittens, four 7-week-old kittens and two cats of unknown gender, one male 10-week-old kitten, four female cats, two male cats and a male 11-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a female border collie dog, two 8-month-old dachshund puppies, a male mixed-breed dog, three male and one female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a female Rottweiler dog. And being fostered were a male mixed-breed dog and a female 24-week-old mixed-breed puppy.
