Havre High's Sadie Filius, right, and Orion Thivierge, far right, were named the Havre High Senior Athletes of the Year for the 2021-22 school year. The athletes are nominated and voted on by the Havre High coaching staff.
Havre High school recently announced its Senior Athlete of the Year award-winners.
The Female Athlete of the Year went to Sadie Filius. This past school year, Filius competed in both basketball and track and field, where she was Class All-State in both. Filius helped the Blue Pony basketball team to the Class A state championship back in March, while earning All-State honors for the fourth straight year.
Filius is headed to Carroll College to play basketball for the Fighting Saints this fall.
