I was contacted by Brian Carpenter of the Havre American Legion Riders about doing a motorcycle poker run fundraiser for Montana Wounded Warriors Memorial Day weekend. Havre has been a great supporter of our organization since we started 11 years ago. The fundraisers in Havre had taken a break over the last two years due to the COVID mess but when Brian offered I was all for the event.
The weather cooperated and the turnout was great. I was really impressed with how organized the whole ride was and wanted to tell all the people involved how much we appreciated the effort...
