Havre Police Department

Cheryl Marie Brown of Browning, 47, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a caller a First Street reported a shoplifter at 9:11 a.m. Tuesday.

Aimee Lee Montes of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a caller a First Street reported Tuesday at 11:26 a.m. finding a stolen vehicle from Rocky Boy.

Trees were reported down and across the road on 11th Street Tuesday at 12:32 p.m.

Monica Jo Gjesdal of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a First Street business at 3:43 p.m. Tuesday reported multiple thefts over the weekend.

Cheryl Marie Brown of Browning was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a First Street business reported a theft Tuesday at 5:48 p.m.

A caller on U.S. Highway 2 West reported Tuesday at 7:04 p.m. that a Dodge 1500 hit a pole.

Colista Ranee Sutherland of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and Kvana Lynn Sutherland was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest after a Wilson Avenue caller reported a fight between two intoxicated women at 1:43 a.m. Wednesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Tuesday at 8:12 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls in the 24-hour reporting period ending 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 13-week-old kittens, three 8-week-old kittens, four 10-week-old kittens, two 11-week-old kittens and two cats all of unknown gender, two female cats and two male cats. Another four 9-week-old kittens were being cared for in a foster home.

The shelter also held a female 8-month-old border collie puppy, three male and one female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 8-month-old puppy and a female mixed-breed dog. And a male 6-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 12-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a male mixed-breed dog were listed in foster care.
