Havre Police Department

A Havre caller reported a sex offense Thursday at 9:43 a.m.

A caller on 11th Street West reported a deer stuck in the fence at U.S. Bank Park Thursday at 9:05 p.m.

After a Thursday 10:29 p.m. caller at a First Street West business reported a beer theft, three juveniles were issued summonses: a 15-year-old on charges of shoplifting, minor in possession and curfew violation, a 16-year-old on charges of MIP and juvenile curfew violations and a 12-year-old on charges of shoplifting, MIP, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and juvenile curfew violation.

Cameron Michael Boggs Duran of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on charges of vandalism and trespass to property after a caller on ninth Avenue reported a broken window and lots of people arguing at 12:36 a.m. Friday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Ronald Kelly Overlie of Chester, 59, was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct, obscene phone call and false reports to law enforcement authorities after officers responded to a complaint Thursday at 1:41 p.m.

John Tristin Harkins of Havre, 37, was issued a summons on charges of operating a vehicle without valid registration, no driver's license and no insurance after a vehicle stop on Seventh Avenue Thursday at 2:21 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Thursday, one of which was in response to an ambulance call to the 100 Block of First Street West at 6:24 p.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 13-week-old kittens, two 8-week-old kittens, three 10-week-old kittens and one 12-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, one female cat, a 10-week-old male kitten, a male 11-week-old kitten and four male cats. Two cats and a 6-month-old kitten of unknown gender were being held separately at the shelter and another four 9-week-old kittens were being cared for in a foster home.

The shelter also held a mixed breed dog of unlisted gender, a male border collie, a male mixed-breed dog, a female 8-month-old border collie puppy, three male and one female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a female mixed-breed dog. And a male 6-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a male mixed-breed dog were listed in foster care.
