New mural going up on Havre Elks Lodge

Havre High School art student Angelina Siebenaller works Friday on a mural on the front of the Havre Elks Lodge #1201. Siebenaller, who won a contest the Elks held for local art students to do a mural on the building, has been working with her instructor, Havre High School art teacher Lindsey Ratliff, to paint the mural on the front of the lodge. The back of the lodge already is painted with a mural commissioned by the Downtown Havre Matters! Arts and Beautificaion Committee and the Hi-Line Arst Council painted by Havre High School graduate Madison Ruff, a mural artist based out of Los Angeles.

A new piece of art is being put up to adorn the front of the Havre Elks Lodge $1201 at 321 Second Street.

Havre High School art student Angelina Siebenaller and her art teacher, Havre High School teacher Lindsey Ratliff, are woking to paint Siebenaller's mural on the front of the lodge.

Siebenaller won a contest held by the Elks among local high school art students in the region, submitting the winning proposed mural to be painted on the front of th lodge.

The Elks donated $500 to the Havre High Art Club and an Elks Lodge member is donating the material to paint the mural.
