Havre Police Department

A deer with a broken leg was reported on Cowan Drive Friday at 6:32 a.m.

Theft of items was reported by a caller on First Avenue Friday at 9:49 a.m.

--

A caller on First Street reported Friday at 10:53 a.m. that a vehicle had been vandalized.

--

A bike was reported abandoned at a Ninth Avenue residence Friday at 11:55 a.m.

--

Officers investigated a Friday 12:05 p.m. report that someone had smashed the windows out of a vehicle on Second Avenue.

--

A caller on Ninth Avenue reported that someone was trying to break in Saturday at 3:01 a.m. and officers made a vehicle stop on Seventh Avenue at 3:09 a.m. to investigate people who were named as involved parties.

--

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Saturday at 4:14 a.m. that they believe the business was just scammed.

--

A 17-year-old Havre girl was arrested on charges of minor in possession, theft, trespass to vehicles and juvenile curfew violations after a caller on Wilson Avenue reported suspicious activity involving a girl in a truck Saturday at 4:58 a.m.

--

A 5:52 a.m. Saturday report that alert systems were activated at a sewer lift station at the northwest end of Havre was referred to Havre Public Works.

A Second Street caller reported Saturday at 7:03 a.m. that someone had broken into his vehicle.

--

Cameron Michael Boggs Duran of Havre, 20, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after officers served the warrant on First Street at 12:19 p.m. Saturday.

Larae Ann Sunchild of Havre, 41, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on First Street reported a woman possibly under the influence of substances Saturday at 1:14 p.m.

--

Officers were asked Saturday at 6:04 p.m. and 6:09 p.m. to assist someone involving a possible assault on Third Avenue.

--

Anthony Colt Demontiney of Prior, 28, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at a First Street business reported a man passed out at the business Saturday at 6:21 p.m.

--

A Saturday 8:23 p.m. caller on Seventh Avenue reported that a tree branch fell and knocked out a light post by the gazebo in Pepin Park.

--

A Third Street caller reported at 8:51 p.m. Saturday that trailer had been shot with a BB gun.

--

Three 16-year-old Havre boys, two 16-year-old Havre girls and Hunter Allen Smith of Havre, 18, were each issued a summons on an MIP charge after a caller at a Second Street business reported underaged drinkers Saturday at 10:04 p.m.

Amil Renee Has The Eagle of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a fight was reported on First Street Northeast Saturday at 10:50 p.m.

--

Julie Loralyn Bowman of Havre, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street establishment reported an assault Saturday at 11:41 p.m.

--

A Third Avenue caller reported at 9:15 a.m. Sunday that someone tried to break into the caller's garage during the night.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Friday at 8:51 p.m.

--

Sunshine Main of Hays, 41, was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East Friday at 9:38 p.m.

--

A drug offense was investigated in booking at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 12:48 p.m.

--

A caller on U.S. Highway 2 East reported finding a small child in the road Sunday at 5:25 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Friday, two calls Saturday and one call Sunday.

--

Firefighters responded to and subsequently reset alarms without finding evidence of fire or smoke on three calls over the weekend: Friday at 2:43 p.m. on the 800 Block of Fourth Street and at 9:06 a.m. and 9:39 p.m. at the same location on the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue.

--

Firefighters were also called Friday at 5:42 p.m. to Fifth Avenue and First Street for a fuel spill, but the amount was small enough that it evaporated before the crew arrived and no action was necessary.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Monday morning held three 4-week-old kittens, five 8-week-old kittens, three 5-week-old kittens and three 2-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, one female 12-week-old kitten, six female cats, four male cats, a male 6-month-old kitten and a female 15-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male pit bull terrier, a male border collie, a male mixed breed dog, a female German shepherd dog, a female 9-month-old border collie puppy, three male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies and a male pit bull-border collie cross. Also, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male mixed-breed dog were listed in foster care.
