Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a Tuesday 6:26 a.m. report from 12th Avenue that two houses were broken into.

A summons was issued after a caller at Boys & Girls Club reported a juvenile with cigarettes Tuesday at 9:22 a.m.

--

Stephen Eric Engelhardt of Havre, 39, was arrested on two state District Court warrants, two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on First Street Tuesday at 5:03 p.m.

A Tuesday 6:45 p.m. caller reported a vehicle had been vandalized on 10th Street West.

--

Vandalism was reported at a First Street business Tuesday at 9:43 p.m.

Officers made an investigation related to a vehicle stop on Second Avenue at 2:04 a.m. Wednesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Gary Lee Clark of Havre, 57, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a disturbance was reported at 11:33 p.m. on Fifth Street North.

Deputies made an investigation after being asked at 2:04 a.m. Wednesday to assist another law enforcement agency.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls in the 24-hour reporting period from Tuesday morning to Wednesday morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Monday morning held three 4-week-old kittens, five 8-week-old kittens, three 6-week-old kittens and three 2-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, one female 13-week-old kitten, six female cats, four male cats, a male 6-month-old kitten and a female 15-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male Labrador retriever, three male mixed breed dogs, a female 9-month-old border collie puppy, three male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies and a male pit bull-border collie cross. Also, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male mixed-breed dog were listed in foster care.
