Havre Police Department

Jamie Lauren Seymour of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller asked officers Tuesday at 11:25 a.m. to perform a welfare check on a woman on Ninth Avenue.

A Sixth Avenue caller reported at 11:59 a.m. Tuesday that someone had stolen some tools.

A cellphone was reported stolen Tuesday at 12:18 p.m. on Ninth Avenue.

Adam James Swan of Havre, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served after a caller on Ninth Avenue reported a man was trespassing Tuesday at 5:03 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies made an investigation during a 10:30 p.m. Tuesday vehicle stop on Rich Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Tuesday and one call early Wednesday accompanying firefighters to the 10 Block of Third Street West where a fire alarm turned out to be a false alarm.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Wednesday morning held seven 7-week-old kittens, three 5-week-old kittens and three 3-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, one female 14-week-old kitten, six female cats, four male cats, two male and three female 9-week-old kittens, a male 7-month-old kitten and a female 16-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held three male mixed breed dogs, three male and a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies, and a male pit bull-border collie cross.
