A child's face is painted Friday in Pepin Park at the District 4 Human Resources Development Council Family Fun Day. HRDC was joined by Family Connections Montana, Bullhook Community Health Center and Plant a Seed ... READ! at the event, which included food, face painting, bounce houses games and more. Head Start and Early Head Start applications were available at Family Fun Day to help people sign their children up for the early learning programs.
