Havre Police Department

Kamden Eli Twocrow of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on two Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on Third Avenue West Thursday at 9:46 p.m.

Officers investigated an 11:13 p.m. Thursday report from a caller who said he tried to approach a neighbor on Third Street West to smooth over an argument and the neighbor pulled a gun on him.

A 10 Street West caller asked officers Friday at 4:20 a.m. to check on some neighbors who are arguing and slamming doors.

--

A Third Street caller reported Friday at 6:33 a.m. that someone slashed a neighbor's tires.

--

A summons was issued after a Fifth Avenue caller reported being in an argument Friday at 7:01 a.m., but no details on charges were provided.

--

Evelyn Frances Foursouls of Havre, 39, was arrested on an assault charge after a caller on Second Street reported that a woman punched the caller's friend at 8:12 p.m. Friday.

A caller at a First Street business reported seeing a vehicle strike another vehicle Saturday at 11:25 a.m.

--

Ursula Ann Ganuelas of Havre, 52, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a Fifth Avenue caller reported Saturday at 12:37 a.m. seeing a young child walking down the road alone.

Officers investigated a Saturday 6:50 p.m. report from a Main Street business that the caller saw a red Dodge pickup back into a silver Ford F350 and then take off.

A Third Street caller reported Sunday at 2:53 a.m. that a vehicle was just broken into.

--

A Second Street caller reported Sunday at 9:15 a.m. that a vehicle had been broken into during the night.

--

A Sunday 9:52 a.m. caller on Second Avenue reported their garage had been broken into during the night.

--

A Havre caller reported Sunday at 9:54 p.m. that a family member had been missing since 11 p.m. Saturday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Karin Parker Sunchild of Havre, 53, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller reported seeing someone walking on U.S. Highway 87 near Laredo Thursday at 10:19 p.m.

Deputies assisted Havre Fire Department on a fire call Thursday at 10:21 p.m. on U.S. Highway 2 East.

Sandy Bob Strauser of Havre, 44, was arrested after deputies were called for assistance at a U.S. Highway 87 establishment Friday at 2:37 a.m. No details on charges were reported in the dispatch log, but Strauser was listed in Friday's jail roster as being held on charges of probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Houle Russell Jr. of Box Elder, 42, was arrested on six Justice or City court warrants after being transported from Rocky Boy Detention Center to Hill County Detention Center Friday at 2:20 p.m.

Stephen Joseph Frey of Carlsbad, California, 42, was arrested on charges of speeding, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, operating a vehicle without valid registration and driving without vehicle insurance after a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 near Hingham Saturday at 9:23 a.m.

Kelissa L. Sutherland of Havre, 22, was arrested on seven Justice or City court warrants served on Second Street at 1:43 p.m. Saturday.

--

Jevie Jean Doney of Havre, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at the detention center Saturday at 2:25 p.m.

--

Aaryn Jace Cantrell of Havre, 23, was arrested on 20 Justice or City court warrants and charges of trespass to property, shoplifting and resisting arrest after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a trespasser Saturday at 9:26 p.m.

--

A caller north of Hingham reported a theft, forgery or fraud Sunday at 10:42 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Thursday, five calls Friday, six calls Saturday, six calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 10:21 p.m. Thursday on the 3800 Block of U.S. Highway 2 East. Undersheriff Stan Martin said the fire was started by static electricity as gasoline was being pumped from a vehicle which was slated for salvage. No one was injured and the fire didn't spread beyond the vehicle which was completely burned.

Firefighters responded to an alarm activation Friday at 10:56 p.m. on the 2400 Block of Fifth Avenue. No fire was found.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Wednesday morning held seven 9-week-old kittens, three 8-week-old kittens and one 6-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, six female cats, a male 16-week-old kitten, four male cats, two male and one female 12-week-old kittens and a female 18-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held two male mixed breed dogs, a female 23-week-old Labrador retriever, a male Labrador retriever, three male and a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female mixed-breed dog and a male pit bull-border collie cross, plus a male mixed-breed dog was being fostered.
