Havre Police Department

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 60, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a trespasser was reported Monday at 10:38 a.m. at a First Street business.

An arrest was made or summons issued after a hit and run crash, caught on camera, was reported at Montana State University-Northern Monday at 1:35 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

Nathan Michael Kennelly of Havre, 26, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after a Monday 2:49 p.m. caller in Havre reported information on someone with warrants.

Child Protective Services reported a juvenile status offense Monday at 3:06 p.m.

An injured deer at the cemetery was reported to animal control at 3:08 p.m. Monday.

A Lincoln Avenue caller reported Monday at 4:45 p.m. that a rock had been thrown through the back window of a truck.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a Second Street business was reported at 10:37 a.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held 14 kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, four male cats, six female cats and one male kitten.

The shelter also held a male border collie, a male pug/Chihuahua, two female mixed-breed dogs, an Australian cattle dog/blue heeler, three male and one female mixed-breed puppies and a male Australian shepherd. Additionally, seven puppies and one male dog, all mixed-breeds, were being fostered.
