An officer stopped to investigate trash cans knocked over at Fifth Avenue and Sixth Street Saturday at 2:09 a.m.

David C. Eastman of Havre, 58, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, failure to back safely, disorderly conduct and trespass to property after officers were called 2:30 a.m. Saturday at Cleveland Avenue for a disturbance involving a man who would not leave the location.
