The second full week of high school volleyball on the Hi-Line is in the books, and so is the holiday weekend. So, things will really heat up now.
Last Tuesday night saw Fort Benton beat Chester-Joplin-Inveress in a District 7C match, by scores of 21-25, 25-20, 25-20 and 25-21. The Longhorns got 16 kills from Emerson Giese, while Casha Corder had 32 assists.
The Longhorns also won on Thursday night, as they beat Big Sandy by scores of 25-21, 25-14 and 25-13. Giese finished with 14 kids and four aces, while Hailee Wang had 18 digs. Thursday night also saw Chinook top North Star, while Wolf...
