A caller on Third Street reported Monday at 3:20 p.m. that a purse was stolen.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 69, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after an unconscious man was reported in the alley south of First Street West at 4:15 p.m. Monday.

A theft was reported Monday at 5:03 p.m. on Grant Avenue.

Shaddie Rock Standingchief of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of theft from buildings and trespass to property after a First Avenue caller reported suspicious people at 10:12 p.m. Monday.
