Havre Police Department

Kristopher Ray Probert of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of theft and forgery after a caller at a Third Street West facility report a theft, Tuesday at 9:09 a.m.

Two summonses were issued related to a report of a fight at Havre Middle School Tuesday at 1 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

Three summonses were issued after a disturbance was reported on Third Street at 7:39 p.m. Tuesday. No details on charges were provided.

John Michael Segna of Havre, 32, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on First Street reported a couple was fighting at 9:29 p.m. Tuesday.

Monica Marie Muniz of Havre, 29, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a female trespasser was reported Tuesday at 9:49 p.m. on First Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies were called Tuesday at 8:23 p.m. to assist someone on the viaduct.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Tuesday, and firefighters had to reset a fire alarm on the 10 Block of 13th Street West at 9:05 p.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held 10 kittens of unknown gender, three female kittens, four male kittens, five female cats and two male cats.

The shelter also held five 17-week-old mixed-breed puppies, five 12-week-old mixed-breed puppies, three 6-week-old mixed-breed puppies, two female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a male pug-Chihuahua cross and female 6-month-old border collie. Additionally, one male mixed-breed dog was being fostered and nine 5-week-old puppies and two female dogs, all mixed-breed, were being held separately.
