Richard 'Dick' Granell selected for Cowboy Hall of Fame

Richard Dallas "Dick" Granell has been awarded the Living Award for the Cowboy Hall of Fame for 2023 in District 4 that includes Blaine, Chouteau, Hill and Liberty counties.
