Havre Police Department

A hit and run crash was reported on First Avenue Tuesday at 8:59 a.m.

A summons was issued after a fight was reported at Havre High School, but no details on charges were provided.

Aliyah Brielle Eagleman of Havre, 22, was arrested on six Justice or City court warrants after a disturbance was reported Tuesday at 5:19 p.m. on Third Street.

Abbey Danielle Frickel of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, minor in possession, seat belt violation, and driving while using a cellphone, after a caller reported Tuesday at 10:54 p.m. that a vehicle had hit a front porch on 13th Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies responded to an 8:21 a.m. Tuesday call to Kremlin Road South.

Deputies provided assistance in the county Tuesday at 9:42 a.m.

A complaint was reported on 49th Street West at 11:13 a.m. Tuesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Tuesday and two early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held 10 kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, three male cats, one female kitten, three female cats and one male kitten.

The shelter also held one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a female 23-week-old German shepherd puppy, four mixed breed puppies, a male terrier-dachshund-cross, a male pit bull-Labrador-cross and a male Siberian husky. Additionally, three 16-week-old puppies and one male dog, all of mixed-breed, were being fostered, and nine 8-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
