Havre Police Department

A caller reported Thursday at 8:48 a.m. that someone drove through a job site on 23rd Street and caused damage.

Grace Larae Seymour of Chinook, 20, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a probation violation during a call to Ninth Avenue Thursday at 1:58 p.m.

Martin Duane Flying Jr. of Hays, 30, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and possession of drug paraphernalia and on four Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a Third Avenue business reported Thursday at 4:40 p.m. a person passed out or sleeping at an entrance to the building.

A caller reported Thursday at 5:12 p.m. that several vehicles were keyed in a parking lot at Montana State University-Northern.

A Thursday 5:45 p.m. caller reported witnessing a shoplifting theft at a First Street business.

--

A dead deer was reported along Fifth Avenue Thursday at 5:53 p.m.

--

A shoplifter was reported at a First Street business Thursday at 7:26 p.m.

--

A disturbance was reported on Ninth Avenue at 9:19 p.m. Thursday.

--

T'Shauna lee Azure of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and endangering the welfare of children after a Thursday 10:28 p.m. caller on Second Avenue reported being assaulted.

A caller asked for assistance changing a tire on First Street West at 10:53 p.m. Thursday.

--

Brian Kretzler of Havre, 33, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a First Street caller reported at 5:41 a.m. today that a man was throwing things at him.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A vehicle theft was reported on Old Post Road Thursday at 3:54 p.m.

Michael Paul Russette of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass to property after a Thursday 11:46 p.m. caller at a Box Elder establishment reported that a man would not leave the premises.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Thursday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded Thursday to several calls that required to no action: a 9:16 a.m. fire alarm on the 2100 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West because a fire drill was not reported taking place; an 11:39 a.m. fire alarm on the 100 Block of 34th Avenue West where no fire was found; a carbon monoxide alarm at 6:55 p.m. on the 400 Block of 10th Street and a gas smell call at 7:22 p.m. on the 700 Block of Third Street West, along with NorthWestern Energy, where no gases were detected; and to the 10 Block of Third Street West at 8:19 p.m. for a smoke detector, but no fire was found.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held six kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, three male cats, one male kitten, three female kittens and three female cats.

The shelter also held one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a female 24-week-old German shepherd puppy, a female pit bull, four mixed breed puppies, a male terrier-dachshund-cross, a male pit bull-Labrador-cross and a male Siberian husky. Additionally, three 16-week-old puppies and one male dog, all of mixed-breed, were being fostered, and nine 8-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
