Former Havre High great and current Light Connor Harris takes on Matt Weber in the 2021 Alumni Dual. The Lights begin their preseason with Saturday's 2022 Alumni Dual, with 18 matches between the current Lights and past Northern greats on tap inside the Armory Gymnasium.
The 2022-23 season is almost here for the Montana State University-Northern Lights wrestling team. And fans will get their first look at the Lights Saturday when they host their annual Alumni Dual.
The Alumni Dual, which features matches between so many past Northern greats and the current Lights' roster, is part of MSU-N's annual buildup toward the regular season. Longtime Lights' head coach Tyson Thivierge will also hold the annual Maroon/Gold Dual next Thursday as the Lights continue to prep for their season-opening dual against North Idaho at the end of the month.
