A summons was issued after a caller reported a family argument Tuesday at 12:54 p.m. on 11th Street West. No details on charges were provided.

Francisco Jose Nava of Billings, 27, was arrested on three state District Court warrants after a caller on 13th Street reported seeing a wanted man Tuesday at 1:33 p.m.

A Tuesday 4:41 p.m. caller at Montana State University-Northern reported damage to a Dodge pickup truck.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 69, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge while officers at 8:43 p.m. Tuesday were assisting another agency on First Street West.

An injured deer was reported on Fifth Street at 1:12 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A vehicle theft was reported on 24th Avenue East Tuesday at 2:12 p.m.

Deputies assisted with recovering a stolen vehicle Tuesday at 3:18 p.m. in Box Elder.

Gabriel Mackenzie Strader of Havre, 21, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence during a vehicle stop off the south end of Fifth Avenue at 2:50 a.m. today.

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held six kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, two male cats, three female cats and two female kittens.

The shelter also held a male boxer-pit bull cross, a male Labrador retriever, a female Akita, one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, three mixed-breed puppies, a male terrier-dachshund-cross, a male pit bull-Labrador-cross, a male Siberian husky and a male German shepherd. Additionally, three 17-week-old puppies and one male dog, all of mixed-breed, were being fostered, and nine 9-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
