Havre Police Department

A fight was reported at Havre High School Tuesday at 1:05 p.m. and summonses were issued to two people, but no details on charges were provided.

A disturbance that involved a woman crying and possibly a weapon was reported on 11th Street West Tuesday at 2:19 p.m.

A caller at Havre Middle School reported at 2:48 p.m. Tuesday finding drugs and a summons was issued but no details were provided on charges.

An injured deer was reported at 3:44 p.m. Tuesday on Curve Drive.

Weston Knapp of Havre, 27, was arrested on a charge of assault, reasonable apprehension, after a disturbance was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business at 2:37 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller reported Tuesday at 11:07 p.m. that a car was keyed at a U.S. Highway 2 West business earlier in the day.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Tuesday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, four male cats, two female kittens and three female cats, along with three 7-month-old and one 21-week-old kittens in the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held five mixed-breed puppies, a male Labrador retriever, a female mixed-breed dog, a female 6-month-old German shepherd, a male pit bull-Labrador-cross and a male German shepherd. Additionally, an 8-month-old puppy and a male dog, both mixed-breed, were being fostered, and eight 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
