Havre Police Department

John Michael Segna of Havre, 32, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a caller on First Street West reported Friday at 11:08 a.m. that a man was hitting a woman.

A caller at a First Street establishment reported he had been assaulted and an iPhone taken Saturday at 1:33 a.m. An 11:08 a.m. caller on Fourth Street reported finding the phone and the owner of the phone stopped by the police station at 1:20 p.m.

A pipe was reported found at a U.S. Highway 2 West business at 11:02 a.m. Saturday.

Ryan Steven Ferguson of Chinook, 33, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and Justine Philomene Bauer of Lohman, 31, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a First Street caller reported that an unknown man was banging on the caller's door Saturday at 10:25 p.m.

Shakeen Snow Stump of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, negligent endangerment and reckless driving he reported a vehicle crash with an injury on First Street at 11:23 p.m. Saturday.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 60, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container after a caller on First Street reported two intoxicated men Sunday at 11:24 a.m.

An arrest was made after suspicious activity was reported on First Street Sunday at 10:26 p.m., but no details were provided on charges.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash on First Street at 1:13 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Cows were reported out on U.S. Highway 87 South of Box Elder Friday at 9:33 a.m.

A lost wallet was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Friday at 11 a.m.

--

Jacob Dean Hawley of Havre, 41, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East Friday at 10:38 p.m.

Deputies investigated a Saturday 3:51 p.m. complaint on U.S. Highway 2 West.

Montana Highway Patrol

Troopers were called Saturday at 7:24 a.m. to a pickup truck rollover with an injury on Golden Road Northwest of Big Sandy. Trooper Matt Erickson said a man driving too fast for conditions failed to negotiate a lefthand turn. The man sustained minor injuries and was later that morning transported by private vehicle to the hospital. Speed and no seatbelt were factors in the crash and injury.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Friday, four calls Saturday, four calls Sunday and two early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats and one kitten all of unknown gender, one female kitten, three male cats, one female cat and one male kitten.

The shelter also held five mixed-breed puppies, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a female 8-month-old Labrador, a male and a female mixed-breed dogs and a male German shepherd. Additionally, a male dog and a male 9-month-old puppy, both mixed-breed, were being fostered, and five 15-week-old mixed-breed puppies were being held separately.
