Havre Police Department

Gary Don Story of Havre, 33, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller with probation and parole asked Wednesday at 8:56 a.m. for assistance at a domestic disturbance on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest.

A two-vehicle crash involving a snowplow and a sedan was reported on 11th Street Wednesday at 12:07 p.m.

A vehicle crash was reported on Second Street at 1:55 p.m. Wednesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An arrest was made on a warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 6:08 p.m.

Kaydeen Rose Healy of Havre, 21, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a vehicle theft was reported at 10:54 p.m. Wednesday in Box Elder and deputies made an arrest during a Thursday 1:03 a.m. vehicle stop on Second Street Northeast.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Wednesday and firefighters continued providing standby for NorthWestern Energy crews at a gas leak site in the alley near Juniper Drive.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats all of unknown gender, four female cats, two male 6-month-old kittens and two male cats, as well as three cats in the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held a male Shih Tzu-poodle cross, a male mixed-breed dog, 16 mixed-breed puppies of varying ages from 8 weeks to 6 months and a female Yorkshire terrier. Additionally, a male dog and a female dog with 10 puppies, all of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
