The Montana Department of Transportation announced and invited the public to comment on a proposal to apply a scrub seal and new pavement markings on about 22 miles of Highway 223, south of Chester.
The project begins approximately south of the Liberty/Chouteau county line and extends north for 22 miles, ending 5 miles south of Chester.
