Two arrests were made, or summonses issued, after a three-vehicle crash was reported at Sixth Avenue and Fourth Street Friday at 8:36 a.m. No details on charges were provided. A Havre Fire Department crew responded with an ambulance and examined six patients but no one required transport to the hospital.
