Havre Police Department

Officers assisted with a medical call on Third Street Friday at 9:17 a.m.

A fake $20 bill was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business at 9:45 a.m. Friday.

--

Officers assisted with traffic control Friday at 10:52 a.m. where a vehicle had broken down at First Street and Fifth Avenue.

--

A summons was issued after officers reported Friday at 1:35 p.m. they were chasing down an dog on First Street Northeast.

--

A First Street caller asked Saturday at 4:42 a.m. to speak with an officer.

--

Havre Public Works was notified Saturday at 7:22 a.m. about a dead deer that was dumped in a parking lot at 11th Street West.

--

A Seventh Avenue caller reported Saturday at 12:37 p.m. that a radiator was shot out Jan. 30.

--

A 15-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a caller on 14th Place West reported Saturday at 11:08 p.m. that their son may have been drinking.

Officers made an investigation during a Sunday 2:16 a.m. vehicle stop on Third Avenue.

Robert Alexander McConnell of Havre, 42, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a state District Court warrant; Colorado James McConnell of Havre, 23, was arrested on six Justice or City court warrants; and Katelynn Marie Smith or Havre, 23, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a Sunday 8:59 a.m. caller on Second Street asked to have trespassers removed.

A vehicle crash was reported on First Street Sunday at 12:40 p.m.

--

A 10th Street West caller asked Sunday at 8:24 p.m. to speak with an officer.

--

T'Shauna Lee Azure of Havre, 24, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a First Street caller reported a domestic disturbance at 3:22 a.m. today.

Darrin Kent Torgerson of Havre, 50, was arrested on charges of vandalism, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs and trespass to property after a Seventh Street caller reported that someone was trying to break through the back door at 5:07 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch log was not available today due to the Presidents' Day holiday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Friday and four call Saturday. Sunday's log was not available by print deadline. Firefighters reset an alarm on the 10 Block of Third Street at 11:49 a.m. Saturday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four male cats, two female 7-month-old kittens and three female cats.

The shelter also held six male and three female mixed-breed dogs, a female dachshund, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a male pit bull terrier, four puppies from 12 weeks to 8 months old and a 21-week-old Australian shepherd puppy. Additionally, three 14-week-old puppies and a male dog, all of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
