Third Avenue closed downtown Thursday for snow removal

Havre Daily News/Tim Leeds A City of Havre grader plows snow on Second Street this morning. Havre Public Works announced that Third Avenue from First Street through Fourth Avenue will be closed Thursday for snow removal.
Havre Public Works announced that, starting at 6 am Thursday, Feb. 23, Third Avenue will be closed to thru traffic from First Street through Fourth Street for snow removal.
Barricades will be placed in the work area and should not be moved or driven around.
"Please find an alternate route for your travels and thank you for your cooperation with this project," the release said.
